Email compresses attachments — does Filesq?
Never. Files are stored and served exactly as uploaded, so the print shop downloads the file your camera or editor produced. No hidden re-compression, no stripped colour profile and no downscaling.
What about huge RAW files?
Export to JPG or PNG under 20 MB — the working range print shops expect anyway. A 300 DPI A4 export is typically 5-15 MB, so the free limit is comfortable for real print jobs.
Can I add instructions?
Put the specs in the covering email or the shop's order form. Each link is deliberately one clean file page, so the filename carries the only metadata the shop needs alongside your written brief.
How does the shop know it's the final version?
Name the file clearly, such as bride-8x10-final.jpg, and send one link per size or finish rather than a single ambiguous link. If you revise after sending, upload again and tell the shop to use the newest link.
Can the shop download more than once?
Yes. Downloads are unlimited until the 3-day expiry or the 500-view cap, so a shop that loses the file mid-job can open the link again instead of asking you to resend it.
