Acceptable Use Policy
The Principle
Filesq toolkit is built for legitimate sharing, compression, and tool research. We don't moderate uploads in real time (we can't — files on uqidata.com are encrypted at rest and we don't read them), but we act on every report within 24 hours.
You May Not Use the Service to:

| Harassment | Doxxing, revenge porn, targeted harassment campaigns |
| Service abuse | Bypassing rate limits, scraping, attacking our infrastructure, reselling accounts |
How We Enforce
- Auto-takedown: files reported via the report link on every
uqidata.compreview page are quarantined within 60 seconds of a moderator confirming the report (24/7 on-call). - Account suspension: confirmed uploaders of CSAM, malware, or repeat infringers lose their account and all associated links immediately. We retain logs for 90 days for law-enforcement cooperation.
- Law enforcement: for CSAM and terrorism we proactively report to NCMEC and the relevant national authority.
How to Report
- A file: open the
uqidata.com/f/{slug}preview, click Report this file at the bottom. You'll get a ticket id. - Other concerns: email
[email protected]— include URLs, screenshots, and your contact email.
Counter-Notice (False Positive)
If your file was taken down and you believe it was mistaken, email [email protected] within 14 days with: proof of right to share (license, public-domain status, your own work), your account email, the slug. We restore within 5 business days unless the original reporter escalates to court.
Limits
Free tier: 3 new links per day, 20 MB per file, 3-day retention, 500 views per link. Pro lifetime ($29) lifts retention to "no expiry" and view limit to 50,000.
